The hotel's location was convenient, close to Hakata Station and many local attractions. Down a narrow little street, it was easily accessible and you could walk everywhere nearby. the room was quite clean and the bathroom surprisingly spacious with a separate bath and shower. Breakfast was decent with a few local dishes on the menu.
The hotel could really improve on soundproofing. Even though I wasn't facing the train tracks, noise from the nearby streets was a constant disturbance.

Great central location, just a few blocks from the main train station. It's convenient to be located near a few convenience stores and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out processes quick and easy. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable and the bathroom was spacious and always well-stocked with toiletries.
The size of the room was an issue. It felt cramped with two people and it was not possible to walk around the room without bumping into each other.
